What does the admission ticket cover?

Admission tickets grant entry to the event, but additional fees may apply for autographs, photos, and special activities.

Are there any age restrictions for attendees?

Brantford Comic Con is a family-friendly event, but children 11 and under are admitted free of charge when accompanied with a paying adult.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and drink are not permitted. However, food and drink sales will also be available on-site.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is parking available at the venue, including designated areas for larger vehicles and accessible parking.

Are pets allowed at the event?

Only service animals are allowed at Brantford Comic Con. Pets are not permitted for the safety and comfort of all attendees.

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend bringing cash and/or credit card for purchases, a camera or smartphone for photos, and comfortable clothing and shoes.

Will there be any special guest appearances?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

While tickets are available for purchase at the door, we encourage attendees to buy them in advance to ensure entry, as space may be limited.

What is the refund policy for tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person if needed.

Are there any ATMs on site?

Yes, we will have 1 ATM on site, and it might get busy, so we recommend bringing cash ahead of the event.
