Behavior Standards

- Harassment, stalking, or intimidation is strictly prohibited. Violators may have their badges revoked without a refund and be removed from the event. Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.

- If someone tells you "No" or "Go away," respect their wishes immediately.

- If you feel harassed, clearly indicate that the behavior is unwelcome and seek assistance from a staff member as soon as possible.

- Unwanted physical contact is considered assault and may result in police involvement and loss of your badge without a refund.

- Any instances of sexual harassment or assault will be reported to the authorities. Explicit behavior or inappropriate touching will be taken very seriously.

Prohibited Items and Conduct

- Real weapons are not allowed. All prop weapons must be inspected upon entry.

- This is a dry event, so no alcohol is permitted.

- Illegal activities such as drug use, theft, and vandalism will be handled by the authorities.

- Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Costume Guidelines

- If your costume is bulky, restricts vision, or poses safety risks, please have a helper without such restrictions accompany you in crowded areas. If this isn’t possible, you may be asked to remove the costume or its problematic elements.

- Offensive or disruptive costume components are not allowed. You may be asked to modify or remove them.

- Props should be manageable in size. Masks should be easily removable. Costumes should be appropriate and not overly explicit.

Liability

Exhibitors and artists are responsible for their own belongings, merchandise, and finances. Brantford Comic Con and its agents are not liable for any loss or damage to property, equipment, or revenue.

Ticket and Guest Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Guest appearances are subject to change. Thank you for your understanding and support.
